4-What is the Divorce Rate in America? This article gets into the nitty-gritty of the divorce rate in America. All I know is that when I was younger, divorce was a rarity and the thought of it made you gasp. Today it sadly seems to be that norm.
5-How Will Your Marital Property Be Divided in Divorce? This is more of an ad for a law firm but does give you a few things to think about when dividing property in a divorce.  Personally, I feel it is essential to have a good divorce attorney on your side.  I had a great one that came highly recommended, and I believe that is why I walked away with alimony and a distributive award.
